How can I place an order?

Placing an order on our website is simple and secure. Select the desired product, choose the size or available options, and add it to your cart. Once you complete checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped promptly.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've placed it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us promptly at web@jwsaxmilano.com , including your name and the order number you wish to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed and shipped. However, we cannot guarantee changes after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery and Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped via express courier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy : 1–2 working days (Islands 3 days)
  • Europe : 2–4 working days
  • Remote areas : times may extend slightly
  • Rest of the world : 3-5 working days

We do our best to ensure timely and reliable deliveries in every case.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can monitor its status in real time via the courier's portal.

What happens if I'm not present at the delivery?

The courier will make a new delivery attempt or leave a note with instructions for collection at a collection point or depot.
We still recommend that you follow the tracking to avoid delays or automatic returns.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Can I return a product purchased online?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European legislation on the right of withdrawal.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, complete with tags and original packaging.

Are returns free?

Yes. The first return for each order is free for all shipments within the European Union. We will provide you with a prepaid label and detailed instructions for collection or return. Any subsequent returns for the same order will be at the customer's expense.

How can I request a return?

What are the conditions for accepting a return?

We only accept items that meet the following criteria:

  • Not worn or used
  • In like-new condition
  • With labels, seals and original packaging intact

Any damaged, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Can I change a size or model?

Yes. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll help you check the availability of the new item and collect the replacement item.

All exchanges are free , only once per order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 working days , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation upon processing.

What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

In case of error or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will promptly replace the item or offer you a full refund, including any incidental charges.
